Account Deletion

Permanent removal of your account and data

To request deletion of your TRY-HARD account and all associated data, you have two options.

Option 1 — In-app deletion (fastest)

1. Open the TRY-HARD app
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll to ‘Delete Account’
4. Type DELETE to confirm
5. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email support@try-hard.in with the subject ‘Account Deletion Request’, the email address associated with your account, and a statement confirming you want your account and all data deleted. We will delete your account within 7 days of verifying your request.

Data that is deleted

• Profile information (name, email, password hash)
• All workout history and routines
• All calorie, water, and weight logs
• All progress photos
• All training plans and exercise notes
• All discipline scores, streaks, and weekly reports

Data that is retained

• Contributed barcode-scanned products (the product entry remains, but is no longer linked to your account)
